Mark Andrews

President

With over 35 years of experience, Mark has played an integral role in every aspect of the business, including fabrication, delivery, rebar detailing, sales, and estimating. Since taking the helm, his focus has been to preserve the family-oriented culture established by his father when Addison was founded in the late 1970s.
Today, Mark’s leadership is centered on inclusivity and recognizing that every team member is vital to Addison’s continued success. Under his management, Addison’s growth remains entirely employee-driven, with leadership supporting the efforts of the team from behind the scenes.

Brad Armour

Estimating & Sales

Brad joined Addison in 1993, bringing with him extensive experience in construction supply. As Lead Estimator, he combines deep industry knowledge with precision to consistently deliver competitive and accurate rebar estimates. Whether handling a small or large project, Brad is dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Once a project is awarded, he oversees its transition to our in-house detailing department, which includes a team of 6+ skilled detailers. For rebar-related inquiries or contractor recommendations, Brad is your go-to expert.

Steve Asplund

Production General Manager

Steve has been an integral part of Addison for over 42 years, bringing experience from all areas of the business—from rebar fabrication to truck driving. After excelling as Foreman overseeing fabrication and truck logistics, Steve rose to the role of General Manager for both departments.
His leadership has been pivotal in fostering a strong work ethic and a culture of efficiency, enabling Addison to consistently meet and exceed customer service goals.

Dan Afework

Sales & Purchasing

With over 26 years of experience in General Sales and Purchasing at Addison, Dan has become a key figure in setting the highest standards for customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty within the sales team. His dedication to integrity and excellence creates an environment where both clients and team members can thrive. Dan’s balance of industry knowledge and strong support ensures Addison consistently meets the demands of an industry that thrives on precision and timeliness. His leadership continues to play a vital role in Addison’s ongoing success.

Dale Schriver

Controller

After six years of service in the US Navy, Dale joined Addison in 1995, bringing a wealth of experience from various roles within the company. Starting as a truck driver and laborer, he progressed to shop scheduler, dispatcher, and eventually company controller. Throughout his career, Dale earned a degree in accounting from the University of Washington while remaining dedicated to Addison.
His deep understanding of the business, combined with his professionalism, integrity, and commitment, has earned him the respected position of Controller.

Cris Nagma

Bremerton Manager & Sales

Cris has been an integral part of Addison since 1993, focusing on building strong, long-lasting relationships with contractors in the Bremerton area. Over the past 25 years, he has worked alongside Bob Lewis to create a trusted network and a well-managed inventory, providing contractors with the products and support they need to succeed. Cris’ dedication to customer service and his deep understanding of the local market have been crucial in establishing Addison as a key player in the region. His efforts continue to contribute significantly to Addison’s growth and reputation in Bremerton.

Andrew Armour

Estimating Lead

A third-generation member of the Addison Construction Supply team, Andrew Armour began working in the warehouse during high school and college. He now serves as Estimating Lead, contributing to project bids and managing the company’s social media outreach.

Dave Gustafson

Detailing Lead

Dave Gustafson joined Addison Construction Supply in 2001 after earning his A.A. in Computer Aided Drafting & Technology from South Puget Sound Community College. He became Detailing Lead around 2009 and now supervises the detailing team. Known for his strong relationships with both new and long-time customers, Dave also supported estimating for several years. He takes great pride in the quality of his work and the trust he builds with clients.

Rayman Meyers

Detailing Co-Lead

With over 20 years of experience in rebar detailing, Rayman Meyers brings deep industry knowledge to Addison Construction Supply. Since joining the company in 2017, he has become a key leader on the detailing team. As Detailing Co-Lead, Rayman also serves as a trainer and mentor, helping to guide and develop the next generation of detailers.
