Since 1988, Mark has been involved with all aspects of the business from fabrication, delivery, rebar detailing and sales and estimating to general sales. His goal is to maintain the family atmosphere that his father instilled when he founded the company in late 70’s. Marks role today is to manage inclusively, knowing that every team member crucial to Addison’s success. The success of Addison over the years is 100% employee driven with management taking a back seat.
Cris started with Addison in 1993 and has worked with Bob Lewis in Bremerton to build a strong relationship and inventory with contractors in the Bremerton area for 25 years.
Steve joined Addison over 42 years ago and has been an important part of the team from day one. He has experience in every level–from rebar fabrication to truck driving. After several successful years as the foreman in charge of fabrication and truck logistics he has risen to the level of General Manager for fabrication and trucking. Steve has been the catalyst behind a strong work ethic and culture that has made Addison efficient and effective in supporting our customer service goals.
Brad started with Addison in 1993 and brings with him extensive construction supply experience. As the lead estimator he has the knowledge and experience to always produce competitive/accurate rebar estimates. He puts the same commitment to high customer satisfaction into a 1 ton or a 2,000 ton project. Once a project is awarded he will follow it through to our in house detailing department with 12 + detailers at your disposal. After serving 6 years in the US Navy, Dale joined Addison in 1995 and has worked in every aspect of the company. He started as a truck driver and laborer, then shop scheduler and dispatcher, and ultimately company controller. During this time, Dale earned his degree in accounting from University of Washington while staying dedicated to Addison. His commitment to the company, continued professionalism, integrity and overall knowledge of the business has gained him his respected current role.
Dan has set the highest standard of customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty for our sales team. With more than 15 years of General Sales and Purchasing with Addison, he has established an atmosphere of integrity at all levels of the organization—the perfect balance of knowledge and support in an extremely time sensitive industry.
